A: You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on orders updates. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.

A: We start processing your order when you submit it so we cannot cancel, edit or add products to your order. You can read our cancellation and return policy here.

A: Jigsaw Puzzle Smart makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or continue to our missing piece form. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces.

A: We apologize for any issues you had with your Jigsaw Puzzle Smart product. If you have a damaged jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase.
